Varun Dhawan donates Dishoom memento for charity auction

Varun Dhawan worked with his brother Rohit Dhawan for the first time in his last release Dishoom and the actor has time and again maintained about how special the film is for him. And now, after a few months of release, Varun plans to give away a special memento from the film for a fundraiser initiative. Varun Dhawans favourite golden jacket from Dishoom , which has emotional value for him, has been donated by the star for a charity event organized by StyleCracker. The said auction called Closet of Cool has decided to raise funds through this event for Slum Soccer Krida Vikas Sanstha. Archana Walavalkar, the co-founder and creative director of StyleCracker who has worked with Varun and his besties Sidharth Malhotra and Alia Bhatt , was all praises of the actors gesture. She revealed that when she approached him for the event, not only was he supportive but he immediately decided to give away his favourite jacket for the auction. On the other hand, Varun who shied away from sharing all details about the charity did mention that his parents always taught him to share. Talking about how he is attached to the jacket, Varun was also quick to add that Dishoom was a film for children and so he decided to give it away. He also stated that he would love to meet the one who gets the jacket. On the Bollywood front, Varun Dhawan will next be seen in Judwaa 2 along with Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu.
