Lara Dutta, Kay Kay Menon's Abhi Nahi To Kabhi Nahi will be shot in Darjeeling

While everybody expected Lara Dutta to make a comeback with the sequel to her debut production Chalo Dilli , Lara surprised us by announcing a comeback with the rom-com Abhi Nahi Toh Kabhi Nahi. In a surprise move, she has been paired opposite the intense actor Kay Kay Menon for the film. However, now we hear that the film is all about couples, love and lots of nok-jhoks.

According to director Jyoti Kapur Das, the film is inspired by many romantic novels as Lara and Kay Kay play the much in love couple, who have been brought up together, later spend their teens as besties and then fall in love which eventually ends in marriage. However, this is not it! The film focuses on five men and four women that vary from teen romance to matured stories. Himansh Kohli of Yaariyan fame will play the chocolate boy, carefree lover of Sanah Kapur, daughter of Pankaj Kapur.

On the other hand, rumour has it that Pooja Bhatt who is all set to return to acting, will play the romantic lead opposite Pankaj Kapur. However, not divulging the name, Jyoti sternly maintains that Pankaj will be romancing a woman, who is also a director.

Apart from them, Rajeev Khandelwal will be seen in an extended cameo but Jyoti stated that he will be the only star who will not have a heroine paired opposite him. Produced by Lara's husband Mahesh Bhupati, Abhi Nahi Toh Kabhi Nahi will be shot extensively in Darjeeling.
