Bajrangi Bhaijaan gets invited to Busan International Film Festival in Korea

Salman Khan starrer Bajrangi Bhaijaan seems to be going places. The film which is close to crossing the 300 crore mark, has now been invited to the prestigious Busan International Film Festival to be held in Korea.

Director Kabir Khan who was excited about the success his film has received has been getting a lot of congratulatory messages from fans and colleagues on his Twitter handle. Stating about the recent development, Kabir Khan mentioned that they were sent the invite by the festival authorities after watching the film and that he will be soon flying to the country for the event. On the other hand, the filmmaker is also thrilled over the fact that this will open up opportunities for Bollywood in eastern markets.

Though Kabir Khan did not confirm the presence of Salman Khan during the festival considering the superstar's work commitments, the filmmaker has assured that he will surely be a part of it.

Bajrangi Bhaijaan that stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and marks the debut of six year old Harshaali Malhotra, is a story of a 'Bajrangi' (Hanuman) devotee who sets out on a mission to reunite a Pakistani girl with her family amidst many hurdles.
