Singer Abhijeet Bhattacharya insults journalist on social media

Singer Abhijeet Bhattacharya was recently caught in a controversy after he hurled a series of insults over journalist Swati Chathurvedi. The Delhi based journalist has filed a complaint with the police officials against the singer over publicly insulting her on social media.

Abhijeet Bhattacharya recently went on a rant accusing the ISI officials over the Chennai based Infosys techie Swati's murder claiming it to be 'Love Jihad' crime. Further an objection was raised by Janta Ka Reporter editor-in-chief Rifat Jawaid over the comment. When Delhi based journalist Swati Chathurvedi continued to voice her opinion against Abhijeet and his thoughts, he further addressed her as 'besharam budiya' on social media. He tweeted, "This #besharambudhia and her antinational attitude". Further, the singer also claimed the ones who are fighting against his thoughts are 'anti-nationals' and also added that police wouldn't pay attention to such complaints.
