Shreya Chaudhry excited about 'Bandish Bandits 2', 'The Mehta Boys'

Shreya Chaudhry has several projects lined up in her kitty including Boman Irani's directorial debut 'The Mehta Boys' and 'Bandish Bandits 2'.Excited about them, Shreya said, "As an actor, this is definitely my best year in terms of the work that I'm doing and who people will see me as. It feels amazing to have two tentpole projects on a global streaming platform like Amazon Prime Video! They will show the various ranges I have as an actor."She also shared her experience working with Boman Irani."It is not every day that one gets a chance to be directed by a creative mastermind like Boman Irani sir! I got to learn so much under his guidance in The Mehta Boys and I'm honoured that he felt I was good enough to be a part of his vision," Shreya said.Not only about 'The Mehta Boys', Shreya also expressed her excitement about the second season of 'Bandish Bandits'."I hope people and media give me the same or more love for this season because I think I have left a piece of my heart on the sets of this series. ISPL: Ram Charan, Akshay Kumar, Suriya with Sachin Tendulkar groove to 'Naatu Naatu'

Naatu Naatu' song is not over, and the latest performances by actors Ram CharanAkshay KumarSuriya and Boman Irani along with legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar, on the inaugural day of the Indian Street Premier League (ISPL), Mumbai, is the proof.The videos captured by Mumbai-based shutterbugs, show actors grooving to Oscar-winning song at the opening ceremony of ISPL in Mumbai.Ram Charan made his fellow actors Akshay Kumar, veteran actor Boman Irani, and Suriya to shake their legs on 'Naatu Naatu'.Megastar Amitabh Bachchan joined the actors on the ground. Abhishek Bachchan also present at the match.The Indian Street Premier League (ISPL), India's pioneering tennis ball T10 cricket tournament, will be played inside a stadium at the Dadoji Kondadev Stadium in Mumbai.At the ISPL, Akshay is the owner of Srinagar Ke Veer, Ram Charan owns Falcon Risers Hyderabad and Suriya has the ownership of the Chennai team. Sachin Tendulkar owns the team called Team Master's XI.To kick-start the cricketing extravaganza in style, a special 'Exhibition Match' feature Sachin Tendulkar's Master XI taking on Akshay Kumar's Khiladi XI. The excitement does not end there, as the tournament opener between Srinagar Ke Veer and Majhi Mumbai is scheduled to follow at 7:30 PM, guaranteeing an exciting launch to the ISPL tournament.The ISPL will witness fierce competition among six formidable teams - Chennai Singams, Tiigers of Kolkata, Falcon Risers Hyderabad, Bangalore Strikers, and Srinagar Ke Veer - as they vie for the coveted ISPL Championship title. The tournament, spanning from March 6 to March 15, 2024, promises to revolutionize the traditional sport of cricket with its innovative T10 format, featuring 10 overs per inning and an exciting toss ritual called the 'Tip-Top Toss'.An exciting aspect of ISPL is the provision for 9-Street Runs, where if a ball hit by the batsman crosses the fence and goes directly into the audience, it counts as nine runs added to the team and the batsman's personal score.These rules aim to ensure fair play, and an exhilarating cricketing experience throughout the ISPL season.

filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani, who is known for his movies like '3 Idiots', 'Dunki' and others, has collaborated with the Election Commission for a shortfilm on voterawareness.The film titled, 'My VoteMy Duty', features messages from Sachin Tendulkar, Rajkummar Rao, Amitabh Bachchan, R Madhavan, Raveena Tandon, Vicky Kaushal, Boman Irani, Arshad Warsi, Bhumi Pednekar and Mona Singh.While giving details about the film, EC officials said, "The film aims to address attitudinal barriers such as indifference and apathy, reaffirming the importance of each vote. Produced by Rajkumar Hirani and directed by Sanjiv Kishinchandani, the film aspires to inspire citizens to recognise the significance of their votes. The film highlights the impact of every single vote."Recently, Hirani helmed 'Dunki' starring Shah Rukh Khan, which received a positive response from the audience. It was screened even in other countries. A source close to the team informed that the makers might hold a special screening for the UK government."Since Dunki narrates the story of illegal immigrants who take the Donkey route to enter the cross borders, the UK government has found it to be a relevant subject in today's time. The film has received tremendous love from the UK audience, as not only it talks about an important issue but also highlights the dangerous Dunki route, and hence now the government is also keen to watch the film," the source-based statement read.'Dunki' features Shah Rukh alongside Taapsee Pannu, Boman Irani, Vicky Kaushal, Vikram Kochhhar and Anil Grover.
