In a first, SRK teams up with daughter Suhana for son Aaryan Khan's brand commercial

Sharing the video on his Instagram, SRK wrote, "The collab you didn't know you needed... BUT every good story deserves a sequel. X-2. Dropping on 17th March, only on www.dyavolx.com."The clip starts with SRK flaunting three rings on his fingers with the letters D'Yavol inscribed on them. He marks a window pane of an abandoned train compartment with an 'X' sign in red. A few seconds later, his daughter Suhana stylishly enters the frame. She uses the wand to colour her side of the train window in the shape of the Disney logo in blue colour. The father-daughter looked at each other, smiled and went their way.For the second batch of D'yavol X merchandise named X-2, the luxury clothing brand, co-founded by Aryan, has partnered with the entertainment conglomerate Disney.A few months ago, Aryan announced on Instagram that he had completed the writing of his first project which he will also be directing.Previously, in 2019, Shah Rukh appeared on David Letterman's talk show, where he talked about his son Aryan's career ambitions.On 'My Next Guest Needs No Introduction With David Letterman', Shah Rukh told the eponymous host that Aryan doesn't want to be an actor.Shah Rukh said though his son is a 'good writer,' he doesn't have what it takes to be an actor."He (Aryan) doesn't have what it takes to be an actor and he realises that too but he's a good writer... I think wanting to be an actor has to come from within. Something you really need to do and find a set of skills that helps you do it and learn it. But I think I realised it from him when he said that to me," Shah Rukh had said.On the other hand, Suhana is following in her father's footsteps. She recently made her acting debut with Zoya Akhtar's film 'The Archies'.Based on the backdrop of the 1960s, the film also marked the debut of producer Boney Kapoor's daughter Khushi Kapoor and megastar Amitabh Bachchan's grandson Agastya Nanda.The film is the Indian adaptation of the iconic comics 'The Archies'. Produced by Tiger Baby and Graphic India, 'The Archies' is a coming-of-age story that will introduce the teenagers of Riverdale to a new generation in India.

Prabhakar Sail,NCBs witness in Aryan Khan drugs bust case, dies due to heart attack

Prabhakar Sail, who was an independent witness in the Mumbai cruise drug case of 2021 which had Aryan Khan arrested for several weeks, died on Friday afternoon after suffering a heart attack. Advocate Tushar Khandare, who was representing him, confirmed the news of his death stating he passed away at home and the family did not suspect foul play. The family waited for his brothers to arrive before the last rites took place.Prabhakar Sail, NCBs witness in Aryan Khan drugs bust case, dies due to heart attack Prabhakar Sail is survived by his mother, wife, and two children and the family had decided to wait for his brothers to arrive from the village before the cremation would take place.According to the New Indian Express, an independent witness of NCB, Prabhakar Raghoji Sail, claimed that "Rs. 25 crore pay-off was demanded by NCB Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede and others from Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan to release his son Aryan Khan." However, a senior NCB official rubbished these claims stating they are false and malicious.A video was released by Sail along with a notarized affidavit where he claims that after NCB had detained Aryan Khan after the raid on the cruise, he had overheard a phone call which was made to Shah Rukh Khan's manager by KP Gosavi and Sam D'Souza at Lower Parel, Mumbai. Furthermore, Sail is reportedly the personal bodyguard of Gosavi, who is allegedly absconding amid multiple fraud cases and whose selfie with Aryan Khan had gone viral on social media. He was reportedly said to be one of the independent witnesses in the case. Sail, in his affidavit, alleged that Gosavi demanded Rs. 25 crore from Shah Rukh Khan but settled at Rs. 18 crore to release Aryan Khan.According to New Indian Express, Saif said in his affidavit, Out of the total Rs. 18 crores, Rs. 8 crore was meant for Narcotic Control Bureau (NCB) Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede while the balance amount was to be shared among them. The meeting took place at Lower Parel where Shah Rukh Khans manager came in blue Mercedes to meet them. But, there was no positive response from Shah Rukh Khans manager.Aryan Khan was detained by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on October 2, 2021, after the NCB raided a cruise ship. He was arrested on October 3 under Section 8(c), 20(b), 27, 28, 29 and 35 under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.

Narayani Shastri tests positive for COVID-19, producer Sonali Jaffar confirms

Narayani Shashtri, who plays actor Vijayendra Kumeria's on-screen mother in Sonali and Amir Jaffar's Aapki Nazron Ne Samjha, has tested positive for COVID-19. Confirming the news, Sonali said in a statement, "Actor Narayani Shastri who is an integral part of the TV show 'Aapki Nazron Ne Samjha' has unfortunately tested positive for COVID-19. She is receiving medical attention and is home quarantined at the moment.""Immediately thereupon the entire cast & crew were isolated and tested. The BMC is informed and the sets will be fumigated and sterilized as per the protocol. We are constantly in touch with the entire team as their health is our priority. We stand by our commitment to safety and will continue to ensure that all measures prescribed by the authorities are being adhered to," she added. Narayani returned to the small screen after almost two years with the show that went on-air on March 2. She plays Rajvee Rawal, mother of Darsh Rawal (Vijayendra's character), a visually impaired photographer. The show also features Richa Rathore in the lead.
