"Tiger vs Pathaans script is locked after the two mega-stars of Hindi cinema gave their nod to the script. This film is a huge milestone moment because it sees the two giants of Indian cinema to come together for a full-fledged film after their box office juggernaut Karan Arjun.They had to first love the script and get convinced that it has the goods to satisfy the expectations of people about their big on-screen reunion. Aditya Chopra held individual meetings with SRK and Salman respectively and narrated the film to them. The superstars have loved the story and the film will now go on floors in March," as per a source close to the film. Tiger vs Pathaan is part of the fabled YRF Spy Universe.The Tiger franchise, starring Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, began with Ek Tha Tiger (2012) and Tiger Zinda Hai (2017) and continued with War (2019), starring Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff.This was followed by Pathaan (2023), starring Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham which is the all-time biggest hit of Hindi cinema.An official announcement for the upcoming film is awaited.Meanwhile, SRK is basking in the success of 'Jawan.In 'Jawan', SRK shares screen space with Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi and Deepika Padukone among others. Apart from this, SRK will be next seen in director Rajkumar Hiranis next film Dunki opposite Taapsee Pannu.Salman, on the other hand, is gearing up for the release of 'Tiger 3'. 'Tiger 3' will arrive in theatres this Diwali.

Barjatya, Dono marks the acting debut of Rajveer Deol and actor Poonam Dhillons daughter Paloma.Makers on Monday unveiled the films official trailer.Taking to Instagram, Rajshri Productions shared the trailer which they captioned, Drum Roll! The wait is finally over #Dono #TrailerOutNow Film In Cinemas - 5th October #SaveTheDate."Set against the backdrop of a lavish destination wedding, Dev (Rajveer) friend of the dulhan, meets Meghna (Paloma) friend of the dulha. Amidst the festivities of a big fat Indian wedding, a heart-warming journey commences between two Strangers who have one destination," read the film's description.The film promises to be an urban tale that celebrates romance, relationships and matters of the heart.Dono is all set to hit the theatres on October 5.The makers unveiled the films trailer in Mumbai on Monday.Sunny Deol, Sooraj Barjatya, Karan Deol, and Poonam Dhillon were also present at the trailer launch event.Recently actor Salman Khan and Bhagyashree unveiled the title track of the film which received decent responses from the audience. Meanwhile, Karan followed in his father's footsteps and took acting as a profession. He made his Bollywood debut with Sunny Deol's directorial 'Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas' in 2019.

On making a special appearance in Pathaan, Salman said, "For Shah Rukh and I to come together on the big screen, it always needed a special film and I'm glad Pathaan is that film. When we did Karan Arjun, it was a blockbuster and now, Pathaan, which is part of YRF's Spy Universe, has also turned out to be a blockbuster. I'm aware that audiences love to see us together on screen and I'm happy that they have given us so much love in Pathaan. I was floored when Adi narrated the sequence to me and told me about his vision to bring us together on screen again."He added, "His (Adi's) intention was to play to the gallery and give our fans and audiences what they wanted to see from us. Given how closely Adi has known Shah Rukh and me, he truly managed to capture how we are as personalities in the scenes. This is why people are loving us on screen. Also, the way Sidharth executed the sequence and presented us was just brilliant. I'm happy for Shah Rukh and YRF for all the records that Pathaan is achieving. It is a huge win for Indian cinema that we are able to bring people back to the theatres after the pandemic."Prior to Pathaan, SRK and Salman have worked together in 'Karan Arjun', 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai' and 'Hum Tumhare Hain Sanam'.On collaborating with Salman after ages, SRK also expressed his happiness."Trust me when I say this, Salman and I have always wanted to act together but we were waiting for the right film, the right script because we both knew that there would be incredible excitement to see us on screen but we would have to deliver that promise to audiences because they love us so much. I'm delighted that people have loved seeing us together in Pathaan," he shared.Released on January 25, Pathaan stars SRK, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in the lead roles. The film has created history at the box office by becoming the first Hindi film to enter Rs 100 crore club in 11 days.
