Taylor Swift and Matty Healy have called it quits after fueling romance rumours for about a month.Tayler and Healy have been linked since early May and have been spotted in public together several times, including on May 15 at Electric Lady Studios in New York City with stars such as Jack Antonoff and Margaret Qualley, Kendrick Lamar and Florence Welch.PEOPLE reported that the 'Karma' singer-songwriter and The 1975 frontman have split. "She had fun with him, but it was always casual," says a source to PEOPLE. PVR and Cinepolis India in advanced talks for a merger

Indias leading multiplex chain PVR and Cin polis India are in advanced merger talks, with the deal moving quickly toward fruition and result in the combined behemoth owning more than 1,200 screens.PVR and Cinepolis India in advanced talks for a mergerAccording to The Economic Times, PVR and the local unit of Mexican company Cin polis are in advanced merger talks potentially reshaping the countrys film exhibition industry that witnessed its first phase of consolidation over the past decade and a half. While the finer details are being worked upon, Cin polis will be the largest shareholder in the merged company, with around a 20% stake, the publication quoted a source as saying.PVR promoters will own between 10% and 14%, but Ajay Bijli (CMD of PVR) will have complete management control for at least three years. Cin polis will have board seats in the merged company, the source added. Another executive said the merger could be announced by the end of March, Both parties are moving quickly.The executive further added, This merger will not require approval from the Competition Commission of India as the combined revenues of the two companies are well below Rs 1,000 crore due to Covid-led disruptions.PVR currently operates 846 screens in 176 cinemas in 71 Indian and Sri Lankan cities, with an aggregate seating capacity of 182,000 while Cinepolis India has 417 screens spread across 93 properties at 61 locations in 22 states. Together, the merged company will operate 1,263 screens across 269 locations. The number of screens run by the next big multiplex chain, INOX Leisure, is just about half of what the merged company would operate, with the rival operating 160 multiplexes and 675 screens in 72 cities.PVR has become Indias biggest multiplex player over the years. As reported by ET, in the past, PVR acquired Cinemax (138 screens) in November 2012, DT Cinemas (32 screens) in May 2016, and SPI Cinemas (76 screens) in August 2018. The company also has around 100 screens under fit-outs currently, which could be launched in the next 12 months. Meanwhile, Cin polis India is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cin polis and is the first international exhibitor in India.

Margaret Qualley, Paul Mescal to star in The End of Getting Lost; Dakota Johnson attached as executive producer

American actress Margaret Qualley is set to star in and executive produce The End of Getting Lost, a Europe-set mystery thriller based on an upcoming book from Robin Kirman, with Paul Mescal in talks to co-star.According to The Hollywood Reporter, set in 1990s Europe, the story follows a young married couple, Gina (Qualley) and Duncan (Mescal), on what Duncan claims is their honeymoon, but after Gina suffers a mysterious accident, the story begins to toggle between past and present and POV between husband and wife to uncover a portrait of loves power and dangers. As the two hop borders across Europe, their former lives threaten to catch up with them while the truth grows more elusive.Mustang filmmaker Deniz Gamze Erg ven will direct the feature, which will be adapted for the screen by Kirman. Dakota Johnson is set to produce with Ro Donnelly via their TeaTime Pictures banner, which recently debuted two features at the Sundance Film Festival.Erg vens Mustang was nominated for a best foreign-language Oscar. Her other directing credits include episodes of HBOs Perry Mason, TheHandmaids Tale and The First.On the work front, Magaret Qualley most recently drew acclaim for her performance in the Netflix series Maid. Paul Mescal became known via Hulu series Normal People and was most recently seen in Maggie Gyllenhaals The Lost Daughter.The End of Getting Lost: A Novel is due out February 15 via Simon & Schuster.
