New Delhi [India], May 8 : Actress Wamiqa Gabbi is gearing up for the release of 'Bhool Chuk Maaf', starring Rajkummar Rao, and hopes the film becomes a milestone project of her career. In a conversation with ANI, she said, "I think in the first narration, we were so happy. I was laughing throughout the narration. So, I thought, this is so funny on paper. So, it will be so much fun to make, and it will be such a good film. And when I obviously got to know that RajKummar Rao is there in the film, and the whole cast is so interesting, so, I was really excited.""I hope 'Bhool Chuk Maaf' becomes that milestone in my career."Directed and written by Karan Sharma, 'Bhool Chuk Maaf' marks the first on-screen pairing of Rajkummar Rao and Wamiqa Gabbi.Speaking about the shooting experience in Varanasi, she added, "I cannot forget shooting in the summer, May-June of Banaras. Makers took to their Instagram account on Thursday to share trailer for the rom-com giving fans what they can expect from the movie. The two-minute, fifty-second trailer shows RajKummar as Ranjan, a man in love with Titli, played by Wamiqa. The clip opens with a police officer suggesting they get married before eloping again. Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], February 18 : The teaser for 'Bhool Chuk Maaf' is out, featuring actors RajKummar Rao and Wamiqa Gabbi in a time-loop romance. The 'Stree 2' actor took to his Instagram to share the teaser of his upcoming rom-com. The film also marks his first collaboration with Wamiqa Gabbi. The teaser begins with RajKummar and Wamiqa's families fixing their wedding dates. Everything seems normal until the Haldi ceremony, where Rajkummar's character gets smeared with turmeric. But the next day, he realizes it's still the 29th, and the Haldi preparations are happening again. The day keeps repeating in a mysterious time loop, leading to confusion and laughter.However, the highlight of the teaser was the use of the song 'Chor Bazaari' from Deepika Padukone and Saif Ali Khan starrer 'Love Aaj Kal' (2009) in the background. I don't take airport-look pressure. I dress up for myself. Earlier, I used to feel that good clothes are meant for good days only but life is too short. I dress up for myself. I will dress up every day if I want to. There's no pressure as such, nobody should take the pressure. It's nonsense," Wamiqa told ANI. Wamiqa on Wednesday walked as a showstopper for celebrated designers Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla on day 1 of India Couture Week 2024 at Taj Palace, Delhi.Wamiqa opened the show in an ivory trail lehenga from the 'Botanical Bloom' line, featuring Resham embroidery with ivory silk threads highlighted with pearls and crystals. She closed the show as a regal bride in a red lehenga from the 'Bridal Gota' collection, handcrafted with Gota, Zardozi and encrusted with crystals.Interestingly, with this show, Wamiqa marked her debut on the runway.On her first-ever ramp walk, Wamiqa said, "I never imagined that my first ramp walk would be for Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla. Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], May 6 : Bollywood actress Wamiqa Gabbi who is known for her roles in films including 'VD18' 'Kali Jotta' and '83' wowed her fans with her recent pictures.Wamiqa on Sunday took to her Instagram account to share a series of stunning pictures wearing a red saree and a strappy blouse.Along with the caption the '83' actress added a caption that read, "If there is a good lawyer in your eyes then tell this Premiqa, I want to take back the control of my heart from someone....."Soon after the actress dropped the pictures, fans chimed in the comment section.One fan wrote, "You look pretty, you dress well, you act good ....complete package."Another added, "Baby jaan leke manegi @wamiqagabbi.""Our premiqa looking pretty as always," wrote a third user.On the work front, Wamiqa will be next seen in a film alongside Varun Dhawan. Wamiqa Gabbi, who had to gain extra kilos for her role in 'Jubilee', is working hard on her fitness."Going on a weight-loss journey was, of course, a conscious decision and the focus was on being fit. For 'Jubilee', I had to put on some amount to look the part since the series is set in the 40s and 50s and people then had a certain body type. My only concern was I didn't want to starve, but I have an excellent and talented fitness team who made sure I didn't but had some good food. It feels good to fit into my old clothes," Wamiqa shared.Wamiqa plays the role of Niloufer Qureshi, a yesteryear actress in 'Jubilee'.
